My training and experience as a relational therapist, working through frameworks of EMDR and ERP for OCD, has allowed me to develop an approach that honors the complexity of our lived experiences, emotions, and responses. Through my practice I have continually grown an integrative approach, allowing simultaneous awareness and appreciation for how unique and nuanced our, memories, urges, and challenges can be. I would love to learn more about your life experience and hear how my clinical experience could make for a great therapeutic fit.
I specialize in helping adults find ways to navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels genuine to them.
If you’re looking to explore a different way of existing and feeling in your life, with a relational therapist, I would love to hear your goals for therapy, so we can work together to find your solutions and approaches that work best.

Background and approach
After receiving my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2020 and becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I gained unique experience providing services to individuals experiencing hyperarousal dysfunction related symptoms (anxiety, PTSD, OCD) in private practice and immersed myself in continued education and training.
Throughout my practice I have learned the most effective approach is one that is personalized to meet the needs of each individual client. To honor the unique and genuine concerns each client presents, for EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT informed ERP for OCD (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy informed Exposure and Response Prevention for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Neurodivergence, Gender Affirming Care, Body Image and approaches to working with disordered eating, and other therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic and Attachment Therapy and Relational Therapy.
It is my goal to provide clients with an environment where they may fully be their authentic self, no matter how life has been recently.
In my clinical experience, I have found when people are given the opportunity to be heard, understood, and appreciated, healing often follows.
Life presents us with challenges of all types, and it is my privilege to build the therapeutic relationship with clients and help individuals develop awareness and skills that feel authentic to them, to move through all that we face in life, so that the experience of life itself is something we can enjoy.
I provide services to adolescents, young adults, and adults seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, body image concerns, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, career exploration, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and identity exploration.
Our Vision
To see therapy as an opportunity to invest in ourselves, community, and our quality of life. To explore therapy as education, where the wisdom in our lived experiences provides us with insight and knowledge, to inform our choices, community, and life.
To attune to the nuance in client’s lived experience, to truly hear, and continually create space that is experienced as safe.
Our vision is to create environments where healing, growth, confidence, and trust in self can become embodied intuitively.
As a relational therapist, I work with clients to create an authentic space they can heal, grow, and explore areas of their life they feel are getting in the way of living as their most authentic self, their happiness, and well-being. When we make space to hear, understand, appreciate, and believe in others, we openly invite them to courageously meet themselves. Therapy helps us learn about ourselves in this world. The therapeutic relationship creates space for our most genuine self to be known.
Our Mission
Therapy imbued serves to support individuals and communities.
We provide personalized, evidence based, authentic approaches to meet client’s needs through individual therapy, and work to create opportunities within community, that explore the possibilities in our concept of therapy.
Our mission is to hear what clients need, not only in sessions, but out in life as well.
We are currently working to identify areas of opportunity within the Charlotte community, to bring about therapeutic change outside of the office.
We hope to offer workshops, collaborative activities, and other opportunities for therapeutic approaches to be accessible in various areas of life between sessions as well.
We hope to expand what therapy can offer, so that we are able to meet our needs of modern life, because we deserve to experience therapeutic qualities within our lives outside of sessions too.
Approaching ourselves, Imbuing our lives .
I intentionally chose imbue so that clients always have the say in how they hope to inspire their own life.
I believe we have always been, and always will be the experts on ourselves, and that the wisdom we are searching for in the challenges we face, is inside of us, waiting to be heard.
Challenges arise when we aren’t give the space to truly sit with and hear the information we feel and intuitively know. The goal with Therapy imbued is to provide this space inside of sessions, and find ways to continue approaching this truth out in the world.
Even if we don’t know what that “feeling or quality” we want to add to our lives with is quite yet, the process of conversations filled with with curiosity and the quality of empathy build through the therapeutic relationship, can lead us to discovering it.
My goal is to truly hear, understand, and learn as well, how I can best be there for my clients.
If this resonates with you, I would love to hear from you, and learn how we can start building the life most authentic to you.
